(1) To keep, carry or use 12, 16, 20, 410 bore totawan guns (short guns), air rifles, air rifles and 22 bore rifles and their accessories for protection or hunting. But totabal gun, Burwa gun or. 22-bore rifle and its ammunition are not required to be obtained by a licensee for possession of air guns and no fee shall be paid for possession of air guns.
(2) No license shall be granted for any type of gun, pistol or revolver and ammunition for such arms other than those mentioned in sub-rule (1).
